• The Summer Sale runs from June 8 to June 28, 2026.
• The Summer Exclusives Gift Offer runs from June 23 to June 28, 2026.

2. Benefits

• Get early access to our Summer Sale before they go live.
• Everyone who signs up for our newsletter is entered into a lucky draw for a chance to win a UGREEN UPS (10 winners total).
• Users who both sign up for the newsletter and purchase a NAS system during the event will be entered into a draw for a chance to have their entire order refunded (3 winners total).
• A total of 13 winners will be selected at random.

3. Eligibility

• Offers are valid exclusively on the UGREEN NAS Official Store: https://nas-uk.ugreen.com.
• To qualify for the draw, your sign-up email must match the email address used for your order.
• Participants must reside in the following North American, European, or Australian regions where UGREEN NAS is available: United States, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Portugal, Romania, Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Austria, Bulgaria, Lithuania, or Australia.

4. Winner Notification

• The list of winners will be published on the UGREEN NAS Community and winners will be notified via email on July 1, 2026.
• Winners must reply to the email notification within five days. Failure to reply within this time limit will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize.
• Non-winning participants will not be contacted.

5. Prize Delivery

• The UGREEN UPS will be arranged for shipment within 12 days of recipient confirmation.

6. Return Policy

• If a winner requests a refund for their original purchase within 30 days of the winner announcement, the prize will be forfeited.

7. Free Order Reward Details

• If selected as a winner, UGREEN will refund 100% of the actual purchase price to the original payment method used for the order.
• Refunds will only be issued to the original payment source. You may not specify a different account or refund method.

8. Additional Terms

• UGREEN reserves the right to disqualify participants found to be engaging in fraudulent activity or violating event rules.
• UGREEN reserves the right to interpret and amend these terms in accordance with applicable laws.
