1. Key Dates
The sign up period runs from September 22 to October 3.
Prime Autumn Deals run from October 3 to 8.
2. Benefits of Signing Up
Benefit 1: Those who sign up get the inside scoop on our Prime Fall Deals before
they go live.
Benefit 2: All those who sign up during the sign up period will be entered into a
draw to win a Seagate IronWolf Pro 4TB hard drive. 10 winners will be selected at
random.
Benefit 3: The first 100 customers who make a purchase during the Prime Autumn Deals
event (beginning October 3) will be entered into a draw to win a Seagate IronWolf Pro 8TB
hard drive. Buyers must have previously signed up to the newsletter to be eligible for
the draw. 10 winners will be selected at random.
3. Eligibility

To qualify for the draw, ensure the email address you use to sign up is the same as you use to make
your order.
4. Winner Notification
- Winners from the sign up period will be notified on 15 October, 2025.
- Winners from the first 100 purchasers will be notified on 15 October, 2025.
Non-winning subscribers and purchasers won't be contacted.
5. Prize Delivery
All prizes will be shipped by 15 October, 2025.
6. Additional Terms
UGREEN reserves the right to disqualify participants for fraud or rule violations, and to interpret
the terms in line with applicable laws.
